Ramon Accensi Sànchez, born in Mataró, a self-taught chef, initially pursued a degree in Business Sciences, but soon found his passion for cooking and dedicated himself to it professionally.
He completed internships at various restaurants in Barcelona before working at La Ràpita, where he lived with his family, Varadero and Miami in La Ràpita, L’Espurna, Gami, and Kema in Cambrils are the restaurants where he has developed his career, with a four-year parenthesis during which he held the position of Head Chef at the Rubicón Palace Hotel (5*) in Lanzarote, with a kitchen staff of 125 people.
He is currently the Executive Chef of the Romart 2019 Group at the Gami and Kema Restaurants in Cambrils.
