Mark Moriarty is an award-winning Irish chef, celebrated for his innovative approach to cooking. Winner of the prestigious San Pellegrino Young Chef competition in 2015, Mark has since become a prominent figure in the Irish culinary scene. He is also a renowned TV host, author, columnist for The Irish Times, and ambassador for M&S Food Ireland. With a passion for using local, seasonal ingredients and a commitment to food education, Mark continues to inspire and innovate, earning him acclaim as one of the most exciting talents in the Irish culinary space. Mark will be demoing in the new M&S Food Chef’s Kitchen on Thursday 13^th of June and Saturday 15^th of June.
