Holly White has been working as a broadcaster and journalist for over a decade here in Ireland.
Having been vegan for 5 years and trained extensively with some of the best vegan chefs in the world she is all about injecting flavour into vegan food whilst keeping it quick and practical to prepare. She is certified in plant based nutrition from Cornell university and has a passion for elevating people’s perceptions of vegan food.
She has collaborated with brands such as Insomnia Coffee Company, Camile Thai and most recently The Garden Room in The Merrion Hotel where she has worked alongside head chef Ed Cooney to create a dedicated vegan menu.
Her debut cookbook Vegan-ish was published by Gill Books in September 2018.
