Since The Happy Pear’s humble beginnings in 2004 in Greystones, County Wicklow, David and Stephen Flynn set out on a mission to inspire people to make their lives better, by eating more veg and having fun.

20 years later, The Happy Pear now consists of that same veg shop, a cafe and bakery in Greystones, over 80 delicious plant based food products (with sold 15 million units sold), 15+ online courses (that over 100k people have taken), a recipe club, 7 cookbooks (sold 500k copies), a 4 acre regenerative organic farm, a coffee roastery, and a social media following of just over 2 million people.

The Happy Pear’s brand ethos is centered around great tasting, great quality, plant-based foods, packaged in a sustainable format and supported through cookbooks, lifestyle based courses and community activities. The products are fully accessible to all consumer food tastes including vegans, vegetarians and flexitarians who are all seeking great tasting plant-based foods.
