At just 31, Adrián Brusel is part of a new generation of Canarian chefs bringing fresh energy, creativity and pride to the islands’ culinary scene.
Passionate about his craft, Adrián began his professional journey in Puerto del Carmen, working in a restaurant focused on international visitors. From the very beginning, however, he knew he wanted to keep growing, learning and refining his own vision of gastronomy.
That ambition led him to SeBE, in Costa Teguise, shortly after its opening. Over almost four years, Adrián became part of a team that helped position the restaurant among Lanzarote’s most exciting dining destinations, earning notable recognition including a Sol Repsol and a recommendation from the MICHELIN Guide.
Today, Adrián is one of the driving forces behind Lambra, a contemporary Canarian dining project created alongside Fernando Guadalupe. Together, they champion a style of cooking rooted in the traditions, produce and identity of the Canary Islands, while embracing modern techniques, creativity and a fresh way of telling the islands’ story through food.
