A chef with 14 years of experience on his CV. He studied for 3 years in one of the most
renowned culinary regions of the world: the Basque Country. Afterwards, Alejandro moved
back to Gran Canaria to work with some of the best chefs in the island.
3 years ago, he finally fulfilled his dream of merging a traditional Spanish bar with a first-class
gastronomic offer and opened Anteo, where he can now project all his knowledge and use
the best products that the island of Gran Canaria provides.
