Entrepreneur, pastry chef and content creator Adelia Ramírez brings a fresh, creative and business-minded approach to gastronomy from her base in Lanzarote.
Founder of Adelia Canarias, Adelia has built a project that blends creative pastry, gastronomic experiences and training, with a strong focus on local produce, innovation and the connection between food, tourism and personal brand.
Her professional journey began in the world of five-star hotels, after completing higher studies in gastronomy and further training in pastry and event organisation. Since then, she has taken the leap into entrepreneurship, creating a distinctive voice within the Canary Islands’ evolving food scene.
Alongside her work as a pastry chef, Adelia has developed a strong digital presence, using social media as a platform to share the realities of entrepreneurship and to bring gastronomy closer to a wider audience.
