Tanqueray no.10 Grapefruit Collins

This refreshing twist on the classic Tom Collins recipe replaces lemon with fresh grapefruit juice, a perfect accompaniment to the bold citrus notes of Tanqueray No 10 gin.

  1. Fill a highball with cubed ice
  2. Add all the ingredients and stir
  3. Garnish with a wedge of pink grapefruit

  • 50ml Tanqueray No Ten  
  • 35ml pink grapefruit juice
  • 15ml sugar syrup
  • Soda water
  • Pink grapefruit wedges, for garnish
