In early 2021, a shared passion for all things bovine ignited the concept of ‘Bovinity’ among friends and restaurant partners. Following months of lockdowns, hard work, and hope, Bovinity opened its doors in 2022. Bovinity features a concise selection of curated cuts, dynamic wine, and expertly crafted cocktails.
The menu is designed for sharing, from irresistible morish sides to premium hand-selected beef, all dry-aged to perfection for its rich, indulgent flavour. The signature cocktail list showcases fresh local ingredients and employs modern techniques to create unique flavour combinations.
The dining space exudes an informal, relaxed vibe, offering laid back lyrical beats with the buzz and warmth of Irish hospitality.
