Achara is a Thai restaurant in the heart of Dublin, inspired by the flavours of Thailand. Our cooking centres around a charcoal grill — a nod to the open-fire kitchens found throughout Thailand
The menu changes regularly as different produce come in and out of season. We work with a lot of small farmers, butchers and fishmongers.
