Stinkyandscorchy.ie is an online store for Garlic and Chilli products. So as not to be in too small a niche we have added olives, olive products and oils to our range over the last few years.
We source from artisan, farm and small batch producers at home and worldwide so as to provide the tastiest widest range of speciality condiments available.
We are very excited to be back at Taste of Dublin this year and we will be highlighting our fantastic new Stinkyandscorchy.ie brand premium Garlic sauce range.
Having received valuable feedback from customers that they liked more of a garlic kick in their condiments we set to work and have designed three really special multipurpose sauces.
The Stinkbomb, the Smokebomb and the Firebomb are 60 per pure garlic and 20per cent jalapeños, chipotles and habanero respectively.
They can be used as a dip or pouring sauce but also because of their texture and viscous nature can also work equally well as a marinade, cooking sauce or ingredient.
The reaction so far has been amazing so we are really excited to launch all 3 at Taste of Dublin.
