NOMO Rame is obsessed with Ramen and Japanese food and their mission is to bring the highest quality Ramen in Dublin, they source the highest quality ramen noodles directly from Sun Noodles based in New Jersey and their broth is simmered for 8 hours each day. This will be their first year at Taste and they aim to bring their favourite dishes including, Chicken Karaage, Mushroom Karaage and new summer style ramen for the warmer weather. Watch this space.
