Established in 2019, Gorditas is a Dublin-based bakery specialising in Argentine alfajores, which they lovingly call Alfies. Their delicious cookies are filled with a creamy dollop of dulce leche and coated in premium Belgian chocolate. The recipe is bespoke and the process to create each one has been fine-tuned over the years.
