A martini featuring Glendalough Distillery Wild Rose Irish Gin.

INGREDIENTS

60ml / 1.5oz of Glendalough Wild Rose Gin

10ml /0.5oz of Dry Vermouth

10ml / 0.5oz of St Germaine Liqueur

TO SERVE

A Nick & Nora cocktail glass.

METHOD

Pour the ingredients into a mixing glass over ice and stir well.
Strain into a chilled martini glass
Garnish with a lemon twist or rose petal.
