Bahay, meaning ‘home’ in Filipino, was created by Richie Castillo (formerly of Clanbrassil House) out of inspiration from his Dad’s recipes. Richie alongside his girlfriend Alex O’Nell and their team create unforgettable flavour fusions that you just won’t want to miss. They’ll be showcasing their delicious dishes again at Taste of Dublin 2022.
