Thanks to the collaboration between La Ribera, a top Spanish catering company led by Dublin-based chef Jorge Hernández, and our own guest chefs; Tasting Spain is delighted to present a restaurant that will present different signature dishes on each session of Taste of Dublin, representing each of our partner destinations in the festival.
You will have the chance to immerse yourself in a diverse range of high-quality tapas from the regions of Lanzarote, Gran Canaria, Cambrils, and Fuerteventura; while you will enjoy the most traditional tapas that we all love from Spain within our menu.
