Handcrafted in small batches, Lushmallows is a luxury marshmallow brand which combines quality, craftsmanship and flavour to create a truly indulgent treat.
My marshmallows are made using a traditional French technique which you can taste in every bite. My mission is to elevate the humble marshmallow beyond the mass produced overly sweet confection we all know into something premium and sophisticated. They pair beautifully with coffee, a glass of wine or even champagne for an extra special occasion.
I use only high-quality ingredients, no artificial preservatives or colours and time-tested techniques to deliver superior texture, flavour and presentation.
I spent 10 years working as a fashion designer and this has informed how I approach Lushmallows, guiding my focus on a refined sense of presentation, premium ingredients and careful attention to detail in our packaging and flavours. This results in confections which look as good as they taste. In addition to quality, I am deeply committed to sustainability resulting in packaging which is recyclable and compostable.
