The ticket terms for Taste of Dublin 

  1. Taste of Dublin (the “Event”) – Ticket Terms The “Organiser” is Elltide Ltd T/A Equinox Events, a company incorporated in Republic of Ireland, company registered number 533818 and with registered offices at Elltide Ltd T/A Equinox Events, Denshaw House, 120-121 Baggot Street Lower, Dublin 2, Ireland. 
  2. By purchasing an Event ticket and/or attending the Event using a ticket (a “Ticket”), you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out herein. 
  3. A valid Ticket entitles the holder to attend the Event on the relevant date and at the relevant times as stated on the Ticket, and will not be valid for any other day or session, Once purchased, you ticket cannot be changed, so please take care that you have selected your correct day and session, as the orgnaiser cannot take responsability for errors. 
  4. Once purchased, tickets cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded, with exception of the event being rescheduled or cancelled  
  5. All tickets and vouchers will be issued in your confirmation email and can be presented for entry and for fulfilment from your phone. If preferred, these can be printed off in advance by the ticket purchaser. Please note that we will no longer be issuing VIP tickets by post. You will be provided with a wristband on arrival 
  6. Ticket inclusions issued with VIP tickets (vouchers for redemption in the VIP Suite only) will be valid for that session only and cannot be transferred, All other Taste Vouchers and Signature dish vouchers can be used across all 4 days but valid for 2026 only. 
  7. To complete a purchase, the customer will be required to supply certain personal and debit/credit card information. This information should be supplied when using a secure connection to ensure your information is not accessed by 3rd parties.  
  8. Ticket prices are as shown, with no additional booking, administration or payment fees. 
  9. Presale offers are issued to any customer who have signed up for the presale and the offer will be automatically applied to your purchase  
  10. Promotional codes are issued on occasion, it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that they are applied correctly at the time of purchase as they cannot be applied after the purchase. Such promotions will have their own terms and conditions which will be issued alongside the promotional code, which will indicate if it is a One Time Code, meaning it should not be shared or the customer risks being unable to make their own purchase.

  12. If you have not received your confirmation email with link to your tickets, please check your spam, with tickets coming from tasteofdublintickets@equinoxevents.ie 
  13. The organiser reserves the right to alter the number of tickets, the price, the ticket description and ticket inclusions that are available for the event and also reserves the right to alter the number of tickets that can be sold in any one purchase.  
  14. The purchaser will be required to complete a verification process through email to complete a purchase, this is to ensure a valid email has been used and to facilitate the receiving of the order.Under 18’s must be accompanied by an adult. Proof of age may be required for all Ticket types. Please ensure that you have ID with you in case you are asked. Failure to provide such ID may result in you being asked to stop consuming and purchasing alcohol and/or leave the Event. If you look under 21 you may be asked for proof of age when you buy alcohol. 
  15. All Restaurant and Alcohol Bars at Taste of Dublin operate with Debit or Credit cards at the point of sale,cash is not accepted. Smaller participating exhibitors will be able to accept both cards and cash. Taste of Dublin no longer run the currency system that was known as Florins. 
  16. Re-entry to the Event is not permitted without a valid re-entry ticket.  
  17. Alcohol cannot be brought into the Event. The event is fully licensed with bars on site offering a full range of drinks.  
  18. You will not be allowed to bring any Food, Alcohol or glass bottles of any kind to the Event. There are no exceptions. 
  19. No animals are allowed at the Event, other than assistance dogs (such as guide dogs). 
  20.  The Organiser reserves the right to refuse admission to any Ticket holder and may on occasion conduct security searches to ensure the safety of visitors. The Organiser shall be entitled to remove anyone from the venue who is under the influence of drugs or excessive alcohol or who, in the reasonable opinion of the Organiser, is conducting themselves in a manner inappropriate to their continued attendance.  
  21. There shall be no admittance without a valid Ticket.Tickets shall not be resold or exchanged. To do so or to alter or deface any Ticket will render it void.It is the Ticket holder’s responsibility to check their  Tickets, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.  
  22. Keep your digital tickets safe to ensure they are not lost or stolen, the organiser shall not be responsible for any lost or stolen tickets 
  23. It is the ticket holder’s responsibility for any tickets transferred digitally, and any attempt for more than one person to try gain entry with the same ticket will be rejected. Tickets will not scan twice. 
  24. Tickets shall not be used as prizes in competitions without the prior written consent of the Organiser. 
  25. Group bookings (over 10 people) that are made directly via the Organiser, Equinox Events, will be issued a booking invoice, the booking will be deemed confirmed if the organiser is not notified of any error in the booking details.  
  26. Group tickets once confirmed cannot be cancelled or reduced and the invoice will remain due. Tickets must be paid in full before being issued.  
  27. Food and Beverage  vouchers cannot be refunded and are valid for this year’s event only. 
  28. Tickets are sold subject to the Organiser’s right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond their control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange Tickets. It is the responsibility of the Ticket holder to ascertain the date, time, and venue of any rearranged staging of the Event. 
  29. Should the Event be cancelled the Ticket holder shall be entitled to a full refund of the Ticket price, but no refund will be given in respect to any other expenditure whatsoever. The ticket holder will also be offered the option to exchange their Ticket to an equivalent future Event date. Ticket refunds shall be valid for up to one month after the cancelled Event. 
  30. All sound and moving or still picture rights including, without limitation, on the internet, vest exclusively with the Organisers and any material filmed or recorded at the Event may only be used for the personal, non-profit making enjoyment of amateurs.  
  31. By entering the venue, Ticket holders consent to being photographed, filmed or recorded as visitors attending the Event, and for their likeness, mannerisms and/or voice to be included in any content from such filming, photographs and/or recording (and edited) without compensation and/or credit, which content may be communicated and/or exploited in any and all media worldwide in all perpetuity 
  32. The Organiser, its servants or agents will not be liable for any loss, injury or damage howsoever caused to the bearer of this Ticket save for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the Organiser, its servants or agents or any other liabilities that cannot be excluded by law. 
  33. On entry, you agree to accept and abide by any venue rules of Merrion Square (and any other regulations provided on entry to the venue). 
  34. E-Scooter and E-Bikes are strictly banned on-site and will not be permitted entry to the festival
  35. All Bars close 30 mins before the end of the session. 
  36. This site is established in Ireland and therefore governed by Irish Law and these terms and conditions shall also be governed by Irish law and those bound by them hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts in connection herewith.  
  37. By using this site you acknowlege you are bound by Irish Law. 
  38. We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time, where we consider it reasonable and necessary to do so. 
  39. All contents of this site are the Intellectual Property of the owner, Elltide Ltd inlcuding the software.  
  40. These contents cannot be used in anyway apart from the purpose of viewing and purchasing a product. 
  41. Contents cannot be reproduced, modified or sold.
