We’ll be kicking off the 2023 series with a Korean and Italian fusion menu in Chimac, Terenure on Wednesday 6th of September. This carefully created five-course meal consists of mouth-watering flavours, tantalising textures, and a whole lot of fun! Paired with three of Aperol’s signature serves and a mixology masterclass to kick off each sitting.

Chimac have prepared a menu that champions some of their hero dishes as well as some aperitivo-inspired creations to pair perfectly with your included Aperol cocktails. To finish off the evening on a sweet note, Chimac will be serving their malted cornflake and chocolate chip cookie, with a vanilla ice-cream. 

Included in the price of your ticket will be two complimentary Aperol Spritz, one of which you’ll get to make yourself, and a signature Aperol cocktail. You’ll also get to enjoy a mixology masterclass upon arrival so you can learn how to serve up the perfect pour at home
