November’s Taste Club took us to Jean-Georges at The Leinster, a Dublin hotspot which blends beloved Irish classics with fresh French and southeast Asian flavours, deliciously crafted from local suppliers. 

Guests were treated to a a specially curated set menu alongside two cocktails created with celebrated single pot still whiskey, Redbreast Irish Whiskey, all set against the backdrop of the iconic Merrion Square.
