The next in our Taste Club with Mastercard series, we took guests to NAN Chinese – Dublin’s most authentic Huaiyang Cuisine restaurant.
Guests joined us in the heart of Dublin City on Thursday 30th of November. Guests were immersed in one of the “four great traditions” of Chinese gastronomy in this authentic Huaiyang restaurant.
The four-course meal offered a unique sensory exploration into this exciting style of cooking incorporating slightly sweet flavours and light dishes. Each course was carefully paired by wine experts, O’Briens Wine with choices that complemented and enhanced the flavours of the dish. O’Briens Wine Director, Lynne Coyle MW was there to talk guests through these perfect wine pairings on the night.
