In the 25 years since its inception, Forest Feast has built an amazing team of explorers, roasters and chocolatiers who have decades of experience in fruit, nut and chocolate know-how, hand crafting everything at their base in Co. Armagh.
As innovators and tastemakers, Forest Feast favours ingredients and a craft that delivers the most incredible snacks. Their nuts are gently air roasted, not fried, to deliver a richer flavour, distinctive texture and healthier product. It’s a much slower process, but all great things take time! They use a traditional artisan panning process for the entire chocolate range, a continuous layering of chocolate around the centres.
