Food for Thought offers a relaxed chance for you to get up close and personal with some of Ireland’s best culinary talent. Join us for tastings, panel discussions, masterclasses and producer showcases from restaurateurs, chefs and Ireland’s most interesting artisan producers.

Discover and learn about food trends from new to niche while enjoying our carefully curated line up of content. Enjoy the opportunity to meet the maker of your favourite artisan producer and taste wines from regions far beyond our foodie island.

For 2022 we’ve added a Kitchen Skills workshop from some of Ireland’s most exciting culinary contributors including Trisha Lewis and more to be announced.
