Our Story dates back to the 1880s in West Cork where our Clonakilty Blackpudding was made using a secret recipe, passed down through the generations in our family butcher shop, Edward Twomey’s. Since then, we’ve grown our product range to include Clonakilty Whitepudding, Clonakilty Sausages, Clonakilty Rashers and more recently, Clonakilty Veggie Pudding and Clonakilty Veggie Sausages.
