Our November Taste Club with Mastercard took us to Chimac on Aungier Street for a festive dining experience with a twist!

This very special evening saw guests enjoy Chimac’s beloved Korean inspired menu with a sprinkling of Christmas cheer. From Turkey & Ham Croquettes with Cranberry Mayo to a Fried Chicken Feast complete with Chimac’s incredible sauces we truly kicked off silly season in the most delicious way

Drink pairings from Dublin-based brewery Whiplash were a match made in heaven, with an ultra refreshing Blue Ghosts Pilsner and fruity Body Riddle Pale Ale for guests to savour.
