Our April Taste Club with Mastercard took us to BIGFAN on Aungier Street for an outstanding evening of Chinese food and cocktail pairings.

Guests enjoyed a five-course menu specially produced for the evening, with tailored drinks pairings from Absolut Vodka including an incredibly unique and equally delicious Cashel Blue Cheese & Nashi Pear Sour.

From bringing the heat with a Sichuan Chilli Pepper Poached Octopus, to satiating every guest’s sweet tooth with a Jasmine Tea White Chocolate Mousse, this one-off menu from BIGFAN was certainly one for the books!
