Born from the ongoing partnership between the Spanish Tourism Office in Ireland and Saborea España, this unique gastronomic experience invites visitors to discover the very best of Spain through its food, wines, and regional traditions.
Known as the Country of Tapas, Spain brings people together through small plates, shared moments, and unforgettable flavours. From artisan olive oils and cheeses to premium wines, tapas and traditional dishes, guests will be able to taste their way across Spain without leaving Dublin. Throughout the festival, Spanish chefs, experts, and destination partners will bring the stand to life with inspiring masterclasses, tastings and culinary moments designed to delight food lovers and curious travellers alike.
This year, visitors will have the chance to discover the flavours, landscapes, and travel experiences of Lanzarote, Gran Canaria, and Cambrils; three destinations where gastronomy is at the heart of the journey.
