At Dingle Distillery, we have always had quality over quantity at the forefront of our thoughts. We never had any interest in distilling enormous quantities of bland whiskey. We are hugely passionate about flavoursome, well-crafted spirits.
Alongside our core Dingle Single Malt and regular batches of limited release whiskeys, Dingle Distillery also produces award-winning Dingle Gin.
In terms of broad style, Dingle Gin is characterized as a London dry gin. It has a unique character and flavour profile thanks to the specific choice of 13 traditional and locally sourced botanicals. Botanicals such as rowan berry, hawthorn and heather create a taste of the Kerry landscape. The raw spirit is collected and cut to 42.5% ABV using the purest of water, drawn from our well, located 240 feet below Dingle Distillery.
