Owner and Chef Executive of Méli-Mélo and El Meli del Tubo restaurants in Zaragoza, Aragón. She has 17 years of professional experience, setting up her first restaurant very young, only 22
years, after studying cooking at the School TOPI of Zaragoza. In these years she has managed
to play Méli-Mélo a brand recognized in Zaragoza for its cuisine avant-garde in which La Tapa
is the maximum protagonist; being the two establishments important referents within the
world of tapas the Aragonese capital.
Her cuisine is simple, fresh from the market, with modern touches, creative and with a lot of
“flavour”; giving special importance to the quality of the products with which it works and to
the aesthetics of its dishes and covers. The taste for careful and detailed aesthetics can also
be seen in its two establishments that have been recognized on numerous occasions for their
careful interior design. Her work has been certified over the years with various awards and
recognitions.
