Sunil Ghai has lived in Ireland since 2000, originally working in Jaipur, then Ananda, and winning Food & Wine’s Chef of the Year, and Best Chef in Ireland among many other significant awards. Opening his first solo restaurant, Pickle, on Camden Street in 2016 with front of house Maestro Benny Jacob, Sunil and his team have revolutionised Indian food in this country.
