Pastoria

Pastoria was born out of a shared passion of making artisan, handmade pasta. After leaving his corporate job behind, Alex (one of our Co-Founders) worked in an award winning, “nose to tail” Italian inspired restaurant in London, before heading off to travel Italy to learn all there is to know about the art of making fresh pasta, learning from local chefs and producers all across Italy and even truffle hunters in the Tuscan countryside!
 
Taking inspiration from the traditional Italian pastificio to showcase the true heritage of artisanal handmade pasta, we offer a selection of fresh pasta and handmade sauces, all wrapped up in our bespoke take-home pasta recipe kits. All of our dishes (which will rotate on a monthly basis) come with a handy cooking guide with tips on how to prepare each pasta dish, the true Italian way, in under 5 minutes at home and, of course, an extra portion of cheese.
 
Pastoria is bringing a contemporary take on Italian pasta classics here to Dublin and are delighted to be launching at Taste of Dublin 2022. Our launch menu consists; sausage, saffron and white wine ragu with casarecce and a bucatini cacio e pepe with black summer truffle. Fancy some? Come and say hey (or should we say “Ciao amici!!”). If you miss us, no problem, you will be able to find us at Herbert Park market each Sunday from the 26th June where we will also be serving our dishes hot for onsite consumption (along with our signature market special…).
