Lee Kum Kee Oyster Sauces are made with the finest oyster extracts. Its umami and meaty taste add new dimensions to cooking and is versatile in all kinds of cooking – marinating, stir-frying, stewing, roasting and dipping – suitable for all cuisines!
To ensure our oyster sauces are made to the best standard, all the oysters used are freshly processed and extracted on the day of harvest, with only 2-3 years olds oysters to be used.

There are many versions of Soy Sauces, but the Chinese recipe is the original and that’s why we are used in homes and restaurants all over the world, offering additional options too such as gluten-free and organic soy sauces.
