Julia’s Lobster Truck launched in May 2017 with the aim to promote the outstanding seafood from the west of Ireland. We are lucky enough to be based in North Clare on the Burren coast surrounded by devoted suppliers of fantastic ingredients from both land and sea.By cooking these raw, fresh ingredients in a simple, delicious and honest way, we strive to do them justice and let the flavour of the sea shine through. We pride ourselves on customer service, fun and happiness; cooking and serving with a big smile and a good laugh – this also makes the food happy. We trade weekly at local venues in Bell Harbour and Ballyvaughan, co. Clare and select festivals around Ireland.
