Chef, passionate defender of local produce and Mediterranean cuisine. He is trained at the
School of Hospitality of the Balearic Islands and the Basque Culinary. He has been the
champion of the Oleotapa Mallorca and Bocadillo de autor Madrid Fusión and a finalist in
numerous national competitions such as the Bocuse d’Or or the National Gastronomy
Contest, among others.
He has been executive chef in Spain, the United Arab Emirates and Norway for the last 20
years. He is the president of ASCAIB (Balearic Island Cooks Association) and is currently a
chef, trainer and gastronomic advisor.
