Gaspar is a passionate for food and gastronomy, and he want to continue learning from this world and improve his skills. He received his education at the Basque Culinary Center and specialized in culinary vanguard. His professional experience includes a variety of renowned restaurants as: Angels with Bagpipes, Celler de Can Roca, Casa Santamaria, Atrio, K L’ermità, and nowadays he is co-owner of: Restaurant Roce and Restaurant L’Instint.
